There are so many preparations that high school students go through plane before they graduate high school. This is over they need to do the necessary preparations for the consequent stage in their life, and that is college life. These preparations incorporate looking for schools, narrowing down options, taking entrance exams in several universities and colleges, virginity, looking for scholarships especially easy scholarships for high school seniors.

When people realize of the word scholarships, they ofttimes expect that it is insolvable to obtain one being you need impressive, perfect grades to get them. However, there are easy scholarships as robust, and some people actually consider these easy scholarships weird ones. Here are some of the types of easy scholarships that exist:

1. Grant for tall people:

Young men who stand as tall as 60 or more are qualified to apply. Women who are 510 or more can also apply for this grant. Now, this is an advantage for tall people. The name of this scholarship is the Tall Clubs International Scholarship. Those who sign up for this grant can get a lot of money, about $1000. To apply, interested applicants will be required to write an essay entitled What Being Tall Means to Me. Those who can impress the evaluators will be qualified to get the $1000.

2. Last name grants:

These are one of the easiest scholarships anyone can get. However, not everyone can apply for this one, because you need to have the surname Gatling or Gatlin to be qualified. The North Carolina State University offers a full scholarship to those with these two particular last names.

3. Scholarships for Vegetarians:

There are grants for those who are vegetarians. This is organized by the Vegetarian Resource Group. They give $5000 to those who are vegetarians. However, it is a requirement that applicants should have participated in activities and campaigns that have promoted and supported vegetarianism in their school. Students who also want to apply are required to express their views on how being a vegetarian can help in promoting a healthy lifestyle and how it can bring world peace.

4. For Left - Handed Students:

Left - handed people are usually the outcasts due to the numerous amounts of right - handed people existing in the world. Left - handed people also experience problems everyday that right - handed people dont, for example, using the scissors in cutting materials and writing. Even though they are used to writing with their left hand, they still experience problems in writing because there are certain activities that require people to write with their right hand. For example, elementary school, handwriting classes usually consist of writing with both hands. Somehow, those who are naturally left - handed have more trouble writing with their right hand than right - handed people do with their left. These awards are funded and organized by the Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. They offer two left - handed students a year $1000 each to spend when they go to University.

5. Apple Pie Scholarships:

This may seem like a weird one to some people, because you will need to have a hobby in making apple pies. However, to apply and be qualified for this certain award, one needs to be good in making apple pies. Interested applicants and students will need to participate in the All American Apple Pie Recipe Contest. The one who makes the most delicious apple pie recipe wins $25, 000, second prize gets $15, 000 and the third prize wins $10, 000.
